“Every day felt personal”

The route worked beautifully for three generations. There was space for the children to explore, time for our parents to rest, and thoughtful surprises that made the island feel entirely our own.

Everything worth knowing

Ask FlyCatcher
When is the best time to visit Sri Lanka?

Sri Lanka rewards travel throughout the year. Its two monsoons affect different coasts at different times, while the highlands stay cooler. We shape the route around the season, the landscapes you want to see, and the pace that suits you.

Is Sri Lanka suitable for a family journey?

Yes. Shorter travel days, family-friendly stays, flexible meal times, and a thoughtful mix of wildlife, coast, culture, and downtime make the island especially rewarding across generations.

What should I pack for the island?

Bring breathable clothing, dependable walking shoes, sun protection, and a light layer for the hills. Modest clothing is useful for temples; we send a journey-specific packing note before you leave.

Do I need a visa before I travel?

Entry requirements depend on your passport and can change. We will point you to the current official guidance when your journey is confirmed, but your final check should always be made with Sri Lanka’s immigration authority.

Can you plan around dietary or accessibility needs?

Absolutely. Tell us what you need at the start and we will select suitable stays, experiences, vehicles, and meal arrangements, then confirm the practical details with each partner before your arrival.

How far ahead should we begin planning?

Three to six months gives us excellent freedom, especially for smaller characterful hotels and peak-season travel. We can also create thoughtful journeys at shorter notice when availability allows.
